How to play

dera is a free 3v3 football (soccer) game in your browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. You don't need an account. Press Play on the home page and you're in a match.

The game

Two teams of three try to score in each other's goal. A match lasts three minutes, and the most goals wins. Every player is a circle and everything is physics: kick the ball, shove other players, and sprint for as long as your stamina lasts. Bots play any spot no person has taken, so a match is always full.

Controls on a computer

• Move: WASD or the arrow keys
• Kick: Space
• Sprint: Shift
• Use an item: E or Q
• Chat: /
• Scoreboard: Tab

Controls on a phone or tablet

Move with your left thumb and press the buttons on the screen to kick, sprint and use an item. Hold a phone upright or on its side.

Modes

• Scramble: three a side, with items. Run over a box to get one. Quick play and public rooms are all Scramble.
• Classic: three a side, with no items. Play it in a private room, which needs an account.

Playing with friends

Press Modes on the home page, make a new room and send your friends its link. They can join without an account, and bots take any spots left. Anyone can join a public room. A private room is only for people with the link, and making one needs an account.

What an account adds

An account is free. It adds friends, levels, derabucks, private rooms, your stats and a Locker for your skins and other items.
